  Fantastic care. Every member of staff we have ever met in the past 9 years since living in Harlow, has treated our animals, great or small, with the utmost kindness and gentleness. They are reassuring to us worrying owners too! They bend over backwards to help and explain conditions and treatment. They are generous in their time too. Great facilities also. Can't fault these folk, both vets and other members of their team. A huge thank you to you all for your service.
